Patient Portal

Our Patient Portal is HIPAA compliant to ensure your information is secure

You will receive an email from Midwest GI Health asking you to register for our Patient Portal This email will contain a PIN that you will need to register. Click on the link provided in the email. You will need to create a user ID and a password which you should keep for future reference. You will also need to enter your PIN for the registration.

Once registered, you will be able to complete your health history in the “Health Summary” area. Please make sure to mark every box so that the physician has a complete medical history when you arrive at our office. If needed, you can log out of the portal and log back in to add/delete any information. To do this, click “Health Summary” and then “Update”. Please remember to click “Submit” once you have completed your information.

Our Patient Portal can be used to communicate with our office. It is also available to receive any test results, receive your statement electronically and pay your bill online.
